For those who have missed the May 10th deadline:

As of August 1st, 2024 the migration of DHP from the legacy network based on Symbol to the CØSMOS-based appchain will only be possible by using the web app:

Make sure that you are using the dhealth.com Domain.

To verify your claim, please use the private key or mnemonic of the deprecated network. The web app will only use this information locally.

We know it is unusual to ask for that information, but after the legacy network stops working, this is the only way of proving your claim against the snapshot databank. Moreover, the PK and Mnemonic of the legacy network won't be of any use to you after the migration.

The target account on the CØSMOS-based dHealth Network must be a valid account address.

Please be aware that you can only claim as many DHP as there were in your account on the snapshot day, May 10th, 2024!
